Brothers Doug & Matt are passionate about Microherbs

Doug & Matt have been visiting Suffolk for over 30 years. Both moved to the East Coast permanently in 2015 and have been plotting their venture into the Microherb industry ever since.

With Doug’s background in Horticulture & Hospitality alongside Matt’s training in the design sector they are both excited about the prospect of growing the business at an organic pace, all the while achieving the best quality possible.

The way Doug grows the Micros ensures we can sell the product live to be harvested at in the professional kitchen. The root ball is so well developed in a short time it makes a robust plant out of something which in itself is delicate.

GRObros is a modern day Cottage Industry using technology to our advantage. The business strives to be as Circular in its production as possible. All of the seeds used in production are sourced from East Anglia & the compost is provided by a local company only a stones throw away.

GRObros is a small family business and as such you will always deal directly with Doug & Matt. They will always be happy to listen and help with your business needs.
